All Lightroom Preset products are instantly delivered to your email as digital downloads after purchased.  Therefore, the SALE is FINAL and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchange.

Refund / Return / Exchange Policies

We usually cover all errors on our part and almost all errors on the manufacturers, fulfillment center part and carriers part should the following occurs: –

  • Damaged in transit
  • Damaged Wall Art Prints / Products
  • Lost in transit or generally misrouted packages if a correct and full address was provided.

If any of the above happens, you don’t need to return the damaged or misprinted item to us.  You need to inform us within 4 week period of receiving your orders and attach photos which show that problem that you are describing. 

We would then take a look at the problem and report to our fulfillment center and offer you either a reshipment of your orders or a refund if applicable.

We don’t cover size exchanges for all of our prints if in any case you simply decide to change your mind about your purchase.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective wall prints must be reported to us via email at info@parischicstyle.com within 4 weeks after the product is received.

If your packages got lost during transit, all claims must be reported to us no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

What if my orders got lost in the mail?

If your packages got lost during transit, all claims must be reported to us at info@parischicstyle.com no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Good News! We will cover the costs of reprinting your Wall Art Print orders and shipping a replacement order for you.

However, you must first confirm with us your correct shipping address and whether or not you had provided us with the correct shipping address.  Also, you must first double check with your local post office to try to locate your lost order.

Keep in mind, though, that if your tracking information states that your orders were delivered but you reported that you haven’t received them, we won’t take responsibility and we won’t reship your orders.  In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

What happens if my packages did not arrive, but my tracking states that it did?

Our fulfillment center usually covers a variety of courier errors, such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due to errors or misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.

In the rare cases that your packages are marked as delivered by your courier, but you report to use that you have yet to receive them, our fulfillment center would not cover the cost of reshipping your orders.  Though, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to your address.

In most instances, if found that the delivery was already made, but your packages were left in an unexpected location at your address.  You should contact your courier or local post mail and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person, example – if they may have left your packages in the backyard, front yard, under the table”.

Can I return my orders when comparing quality concerns or I change my mind?

Any returns or problems as stated above that may occur due to an error on our part or at out fulfillment centers will be handled at our expense.

However, in the cases where you would like to return or exchange your wall prints without any defect or simply due to a wrong size being ordered by you would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.

If your orders are returned to our facility, someone from our team will contact you regarding the return.  We will ship the return back to you, however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost a second time.  Any unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 4 weeks.

What if the shipping address was wrong?

It is important that you double check your shipping address when you place an order so your orders won’t get lost in the mail and it won’t be returned to us.  If the shipping address that you provided was wrong, then you are held responsible.  Usually, your orders will be sent back to our fulfillment facility center the return address.  In this case, you would have to process a new order for a replacement as your expense.

We only cover a new replacement at our expense if the shipping address was wrong due to an error made by us.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

A photo verification of the damaged wall prints or goods must be sent to us at info@parischicstyle as part of our policy.  Then we will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Reasons for Returns

Unclaimed – Shipments or packages that are unclaimed will be returned to our fulfillment center and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Wrong Address – If you provided us the wrong shipping address or may be considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility centers.  You will also be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Returned by a customer – It is best that you contact us first at info@parischicstyle.com before returning any products.  We do not refund orders for change of mind, size exchanges, and buyer’s remorse.  Size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.  If you want to change a new wall print size, you must place a new order.

Notification for EU consumers – According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore our fulfillment facility center reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
