Here are the answers to your questions about our Exchange, Return and Refund Policy.

Can I Exchange My Foldable Ballet Flats? Do You Have An Exchange Policy? It Does Not Fit Me And The Colour Is Different.

Yes, we can exchange your Foldable Ballet Flats provided it hasn’t been worn, or tampered with and that the insole, outsole, upper of the shoes are still in a brand new condition.  For any items purchased online at https://parischicstyle.com, you have 30 calendar days from the date your item is despatched, in which you can return and exchange them.

Please Note: You can try on our Foldable Ballet Flats first prior to sending them back.  But we can only accept an exchange if it has not been worn in concrete or on dirty surface.  We highly advise to try them on on a clean surface preferably on a clean carpet.  Once your items have been returned and received by us, we carefully analyse and check the condition of each pair of ballet flats to ensure that there are no dirt residue and any damaged.  We will also analyse the condition of the box, the bag and the tissue inside the box.  All Paris Chic Style items be shipped back in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or otherwise an exchange will not be issued.

Please Note: If your exchange are all in good condition and no signs of damage then we will be able to approve your exchange.  You will then be sent a new item with your new chosen colour and size free of shipping cost.

Please Note:  We highly recommend that you also open the box carefully and that all accessories (bag and tissues) within the box must be intact and in good condition prior to returning them.

Please Note: While we accept an exchange, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we highly recommend that you also send your exchange items with a tracking number, as Paris Chic Style will not be held responsible for lost returns.

Do I Have To Pay For The Shipping Of My Exchange?

 While we accept an exchange, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we highly recommend that you also send your exchange items with a tracking number, as Paris Chic Style will not be held responsible for lost returns.  

Also, please you must indicate on the package “RETURN ITEMS AND NO DUTIES” otherwise your package will be returned to you.

You will be responsible to pay for shipping costs of your own exchange items to ship back to your destination if your exchange items are not approved due to signs of dirt residue and signs of damage.

How Do I Exchange and Return My Items?

We recommend that you contact us first at info@parischicstyle.com within thirty (30) days of exchange period.  For any items purchased online at https://parischicstyle.com, you have 30 calendar days from the date your item is despatched, in which you can return and exchange them.  All Paris Chic Style items be shipped back in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or otherwise an exchange will not be issued.

Please follow the steps below, you must copy from number 1-6 and answer the following questions by email at info@parischicstyle.com.

  1. You must first email info@parischicstyle.com
  2. Write your Subject on email either Exchange, Return or Refund and your Order Number.
  3. Write your full-name, delivery address, invoice number, order number and the date you received your item.
  4. Write the reason for your Exchange, Return or Refund.
  5. Clearly explain and indicate that you have only tried your foldable ballet flats and have not been worn on concrete and dirty surfaces and there are no signs of damage.
  6. We also encourage you to take photos of the items in different angles including the shoes and the box and attach these photos to your email.  This will speed the process for us to identify the issue.
  7. If you wish to exchange an item, please state the colour and size required.  Otherwise state that you wish to receive a refund

Once we have received your email, we will then issue your Return Label and the Invoice for your Return Shipment.  If the item is faulty, we encourage you to take photos of the items first and attach the photos to the email.

We will also provide you with our return address, where all exchanged and returned items will be analysed and inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange, return and refund.

When Will I Receive My Exchange?

You will receive your new item with the different size or colour once we have received, analysed and inspected carefully and confirmed that your returned foldable ballet flats were in complete good condition and in original packaging. 

When Can I Exchange My Items? What Is The Exchange Period?

You can request for exchange, return or refund within 30 calendar days from the date your item is despatched.  You will not be issued for exchange, return or refund once passed the 30 calendar days.

Our Return and Refund Policy are similar to Exchange Policy stated above.  If you received your items and are not satisfied or if it’s faulty, you can simply request for exchange, return or refund.

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our products.  Our customers feedback and satisfaction are very important to us and therefore, we accept returns within the 30 calendar days from the date your item is despatched.

We carefully analyze and inspect each item prior to shipment.  We also use robust packaging and ensure that we package and seal your items carefully to avoid any damage during transit and delivery process.  If for some reason you find that your item is faulty, please do not hesitate to email us at info@parischicstyle.com and clearly describe the condition of your items.

This process will normally take 1-2 working days and refund transaction normally takes between 1-7 working days.
