You will be refunded if the items are faulty within 14 days from the date of shipment. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt. You will not be refunded if items do not fit, and therefore it’s important that you measure your body and check the size guide prior to making a purchase.
You cannot claim for refunds if your orders were shipped to the wrong address due to a customer’s error placing incorrect address details at the checkout. Customers are responsible for paying for a redelivery to the correct shipping address. The customers must also cover for ordering replacement items to be shipped to the correct address. Please make sure that you enter the correct address at the checkout.
We are not responsible for items that are damaged caused by shipping companies and therefore you cannot claim for refunds, returns or exchanges. We accept refund for faulty items caused by us and if items that have not arrived within 14 days. You must let us know within 7 days of receipt.
We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges if you changed your mind. We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on items once sold, as they cannot be re-sold due to the nature of some of our products (undergarment). Therefore, please choose your size carefully prior to purchasing, otherwise, feel free to email us at email@example.com if still unsure. We do not take responsibility if a customer had chosen the incorrect size, and therefore no refunds, returns or exchanges will be issued due to this.

Once items are sold, we cannot accept refunds due to the nature of our products being an undergarment. Please choose your size carefully. We cannot accept exchanges or returns if you had chosen an incorrect size.
If we incorrectly sent you a different item from what you ordered from our website, or if it’s missing something, then please take photos of all the items that you received and send these through along with your order number, full name, address and email address at email@example.com so we can investigate the issue.
To qualify for returns, all purchased items must be unworn, returned in good condition, in its original packaging, intact, and all tags and packaging are still intact. All returned items must be inspected upon return before you will be issued with refunds, or returns.
If your returned products do not meet our policy, unfortunately, no refunds, returns or exchanges will be issued to you. If your purchased items do not qualify for our return, refund, and exchanges policy, and you request for your original items to be re-delivered back at your destination, then this will be at your own expense.
Shipping charges for Return Items: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for all returned products.
Shipping Return Items: If you are sending your return products, you must specify outside of the packaging that it’s “Returned Items”. It is also recommended that you use a parcel with tracking and signature. If you do not use a courier that offers tracking and signature, we are not responsible for missing returned items, and therefore there will be no refunds, returns or exchanges issued to you. Shipping duration for return items: Return items must be received by us within 14 days of the Return Authorization code being issued to you. Items received after 14 days will be considered as unacceptable and will not be refunded.
