DO I NEED TO REGISTER AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

All customers can place order without registering an account with Paris Chic Style.

However, if you register with us you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Paris Chic Style account: –

  • You will easily be able to track your orders and review past purchases without having to check your email archives.
  • You can easily build a customized Wishlist that you can email to friends and family. In addition to this, you can also print your shopping lists and take them wherever you go!
  • You will be able to save your address details so you can shop even quicker next time.
  • You can easily manage your account details, address book and email preferences.

To create an account, simply click on ‘My Account‘ and then ‘Register now’ to fill in your details.

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER? HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Paris Chic Style offers seamless and easy Online Shopping experience for everyone, from anywhere and from any device.

If you are searching for a particular product, e.g: Clip-In Hair Extensions, Foldable Ballet Flats or Shoes, you can find these items under “Shop”, “Clip-In Hair Extensions” “Foldable Ballet Flats” shop pages. You can also shop by typing in the STYLE name into the SEARCH box.

Once you have found an item, select your desired product, colour and size and then click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button underneath each item.

You can then review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the right top of the page. You can use the ‘DELETE FROM CART’ link to delete items from your shopping cart.

Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.

Lastly, you fill in your Billing, Shipping & Payment Details in order for your purchases to be approved and dispatched.

Once all your Billing, Shipping & Payment Details are filled, make sure that you accept our Terms & Conditions by checking the small box and then click the “Place Order”.

WHICH SIZE DO I CHOOSE? DO YOU OFFER HALF SIZES FOR FOLDABLE BALLET FLATS?

Our Foldable Ballet Flat Shoes are all hand-made to the highest standards.  This can mean a slight discrepancy in sizes between styles.

Please note that sizes can vary, our best advice to you is to check our SIZE GUIDE for each style that you are looking to buy.  This is only a guide. If a ballet flat runs small or large to its size, this will be determined within the ‘Sizing’ tab on every product page.

DO YOU ONLY SELL CLIP-IN HAIR EXTENSIONS & FOLDABLE BALLET FLATS?

At this stage, we only offer our chic, gorgeous and luxurious Clip-In Hair Extensions and beautiful and comfortable Foldable Ballet Flats. We aim to focus on providing chic, comfortable and functional Clip-In Hair Extensions that allow you to clip on easily and provide instant volume and thickness to your natural hair.  Our Clip-In Hair Extensions are also super chic and luxurious allowing you to style and color it the way you like, as it’s 100% Human Remy Hair.  You can also wear it in any occasion whether it be for work, casual outings, events, travel, sightseeings, weddings, parties and so on.

We also aim to focus on providing functional and stylish foldable ballet flats that features extra cushioned footbed insole for comfort and support on the feet and extra layer of outsole for extreme traction. All of which will provide comfort and support to your feet all day, everywhere you go.

However, we plan to expand our business by selling other hair and shoe related products, fashion, clothing, accessories, beauty, hair and decor in the future.

ARE ALL YOUR FOLDABLE BALLET FLATS MADE WITH 100% LEATHER? WHERE ARE THEY MADE FROM?

Our Foldable Ballet Flats are made with 100% Genuine Leathers.  Our Leathers are source from different suppliers all over the world.

Our Foldable Ballet Flats are handmade in China and Italy.  We work with multiple international manufacturers that have been in the Shoe industry for more than 20 years.

All our products will be described on each product’s description including whether it’s 100% Premium Full-Grain Leather or Synthetic.

For those wanting economy products, we will also be offering Synthetic made foldable ballet flats in future.

HOW DO I KNOW IF YOUR PRODUCT IS IN STOCK?

“Out Of Stock” will be shown on each product’s description.

Please be aware that even if an item has been sitting in your Shopping Cart for several hours and days, another customer can still buy it until you have completed your order.

Therefore, if there’s an item that you would really like to have, we encourage you to purchase as soon as possible before it becomes out of stock.

WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK? I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO BUY SOME OF YOUR ITEMS BUT THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK?

We try out best to restock certain items as soon as possible.

Please note that we work with our selected manufacturers and suppliers from all over the world and therefore we can only purchase each item in bulk.

Production processing time takes at least 35-40 days and therefore we cannot guarantee that the products you like will arrive on time.

You can sign up on each product’s pre-order and notification without having to pay first.  Payment will only be made after placing an order.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU ACCEPT?

At this stage, we can only accept USD currency.  However, we are working on our multi-currency payment option.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES PARIS CHIC STYLE ACCEPT?

We accept Visa and Master Card Credit Cards and Debit Cards.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD AT PARIS CHIC STYLE ONLINE STORE?

At Paris Chic Style, your credit card details and personal online security is very important to us.  All orders are processed through robust, safest, secure and reliable checkout system provided by eWay Secured Payment Gateway and PayPal.   Additionally, for your safety and protection; you can only enter your billing and shipping address at once and that ensures it matches the address on file with your credit card company.

In addition to the above security measures, we do not store your Credit Card details online. All payment transactions are carried out using the secured payment gateway used by the credit or debit card company used for payment.

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES PARIS CHIC STYLE SHIP TO?

We offer Free Shipping Worldwide, however we may not be able to ship to some countries in Africa, Asia and Europe due to the costs of Shipping, Duties and Taxes.

Countries that we do not ship to will be specified in this page very soon and on the Shipping and Delivery page.

DOES PARIS CHIC STYLE SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to multiple addresses.

If you are buying an item as a gift and would like to ship those items to multiple addresses we recommend that you purchase each item separately.

We also encourage you to notify us that each item you are purchasing is intended for someone as a gift.

You can simply write us a note on the Note section at the Checkout page.

If you would like your items to be shipped to your work place then you may write your work address on the billing and shipping address.  And please make sure that you enter the correct building name, level of the building and your name so your package will not be misplaced in your work office.

HOW SOON CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Clip-In Hair Extensions

For Clip-In Hair Extensions, will be shipped from our Factory and Fulfillment Warehouse in China.  All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days.  Delivery will take 3-5 business days.  For further information, please read our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Foldable Ballet Flats

For Foldable Ballet Flats, they will most likely be shipped from our Auckland Warehouse.  All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days.

We offer Free Shipping Worldwide.  Our standard Free Shipping Worldwide will take 5-6 working days delivery with NZ Post, 11-14 working days with DHL Global Mail Packet Plus and 3-5 working days with DHL Express Shipping.

We also offer Express Shipping Worldwide.  Our DHL International Express Shipping will take 3-5 working days delivery.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER WHEN IT'S DELIVERED?

Yes, absolutely! Due to the high quality and high value of our products, all Free Shipping and Express Shipping orders will require your signature when it’s delivered. It is very important that you provide your name and signature to ensure that it is safely delivered to your destination.

Please note that the courier company are not authorized to deliver your products without your signature.

Should the courier company be unable to deliver your parcel, a card with details of re-delivery or local pick up will be given. If you are not at your destination to sign for delivery, the courier company will leave a notification card to let you know that your products from Paris Chic Style has arrived and that further information will be written including re-delivery time and date and the pick-up location within your city.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your shipping address once it has been dispatched.  Therefore, we highly recommend to double check your shipping address during checkout.

Check that you have entered the correct address and if you are buying for someone as a gift then you must enter that person’s address on the checkout page.
